Finance M.Sc. · M&A · Corporate Strategy · Entrepreneurship
My work sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, M&A, and financial analysis — evaluating opportunities, building the models behind them, and, through my own venture, living with the outcome of those decisions.
Based in Frankfurt, Germany · Currently in Helsinki, Finland
01 Perspective
I’m interested in what makes businesses work — and what makes them worth acquiring.
My background combines corporate strategy, M&A research, financial analysis, and entrepreneurship — from screening acquisition targets to building and operating a business of my own. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Goethe University Frankfurt, with an exchange semester at Aalto University in Helsinki.
NewHope Strategy
Building the business, selling the work, and carrying the consequences of my own advice.
PwC
Banking risk and capital markets — auditing, and coordinating a project far larger than any one person’s view of it.
Viega
Screening, modeling, and preparing the material a board actually decides on.
Thesis & portfolio
Acquisition frameworks and asset allocation, worked through on my own terms.
These didn’t arrive in a tidy sequence — the consulting work and my own company overlapped for two years. The combination is the point: I’ve built the model that supports a decision, and I’ve been the person who had to live with one.
02 Experience
Viega — Attendorn, Germany
The station closest to where I want to work: acquisition screening, the modeling behind an investment case, and the reporting that carries both up to a board.
NewHope Strategy — Giessen, Germany
Ownership and execution — from client acquisition to day-to-day delivery.
PwC — Frankfurt, Germany
Two sides of the same firm: the technical banking work, and the coordination that keeps a large project moving.
03 Research & Investment Lab
Ongoing · Built during the Finance M.Sc.
A 20–30 year strategic asset allocation derived from a single macro base case — that policy rates stay below inflation — and carried through to a final allocation that holds no fixed income at all.
